The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
The guarantee is intended to let genuine customers evaluate the guide. Refund requests involving suspected fraud, repeated purchase/refund abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or chargeback abuse may be reviewed before processing.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment processor. Bank or card posting time can vary.
